This policy explains what information we collect when you use roofqc.com or contact us, how we use it, and who we share it with. We are a roofing and exterior contractor serving homeowners in the Quad Cities. We are not in the business of selling data.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details — name, phone number, email address.
  • Property information — service address, ZIP code, roof size, material and pitch, and details about the damage or work you are asking about.
  • Project information — what prompted you to contact us, your timeline, photos you send us, and notes from our conversations.
  • Insurance information — if you ask us to help with a claim, your carrier, claim number, adjuster contact and claim documents.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used by Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta to measure whether our advertising works.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How we use it

  • To prepare estimates and schedule free inspections.
  • To contact you about your project by phone, text and email.
  • To perform the work you hire us for and support your warranty.
  • To help with your insurance claim when you ask us to.
  • To measure our advertising and improve the website.
  • To meet legal, tax and licensing obligations.

Text messaging (SMS)

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and text-message consent collected on this site are used only by Twin Bridge Construction LLC. They may be passed to the messaging provider that delivers our texts on our behalf, and to no one else.

We text you only if you check a consent box on one of our forms, ask us to text you, sign an agreement authorizing it, or text us first. Transactional and promotional consent are collected separately and neither is required to submit a form or to buy anything from us.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and automatically. Opting out of texts does not affect your project or your warranty.

Who we share information with

We share information only with parties that help us run the business, and only as much as they need:

  • Our CRM and messaging platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector, through X360 Growth) — stores contacts and delivers our email and text messages.
  • Analytics and advertising (Google, Meta) — measures website and ad performance.
  • Financing partners — only if you apply for financing, and only what the application requires.
  • Your insurance carrier and adjuster — only if you ask us to assist with a claim.
  • Suppliers and subcontractors — the service address and scope needed to complete your job.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety.

We do not sell your personal information. If we were ever part of a merger or sale of the business, your information could transfer as part of that transaction, and we would tell you.

How long we keep it

We keep project and warranty records for as long as we support the work, and longer where tax, licensing or insurance rules require it. Leads that never become projects are kept only as long as they are useful for follow-up.

Your choices

  • Texts — reply STOP.
  • Email — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Calls — tell us and we will stop.
  • Access, correction or deletion — call (309) 948-4126 or write to the address above and we will handle it. We may need to keep certain records for legal reasons.
  • Cookies — your browser can block or clear them; parts of the site may work less well.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our site links to other sites, such as financing partners and manufacturers. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
