You may use this site to learn about our services and to request an estimate or inspection. Do not use it to break the law, misrepresent who you are, scrape or overload it, or interfere with how it works.
The Instant Estimator and any pricing shown on this site produce a ballpark range based on what you tell us. They are not a quote, a bid, or an offer, and they are not binding on either of us. Roof size, pitch, layers, decking condition, ventilation, flashing, access and material availability all move the real number.
A binding price comes only from a written proposal we give you after an on-site inspection.
Ranges shown are current as of the date you use the tool and can change with material costs.
We offer free roof inspections in our service area. An inspection is an assessment, not a guarantee that damage exists, that a claim will be approved, or that work will follow. We will tell you honestly if we do not think you need work done.
We can document damage, meet your adjuster on site, and help you understand the process. Some services are performed under Illinois public adjuster licensing where applicable.
Written proposals are valid for the period stated on them. Scheduling depends on weather, material lead times and crew availability. Storm seasons move quickly and we will keep you updated on your date.
Financing is offered through third-party lenders, not by us. Approval, rates and terms are set by the lender and are subject to credit approval. Any payment figure shown on this site is illustrative only. Read the lender’s documents before signing.
Workmanship and material warranties are described in your signed contract and in the manufacturer’s documentation. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer and governed by their terms. Nothing on this website extends, modifies or replaces a warranty.
By giving us your phone number and email you agree we may contact you about your project. Text messages are sent only with your separate consent and can be stopped any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We may photograph completed exterior work for our portfolio and marketing. Tell us if you would rather we did not use photos of your home and we will not.
The text, photographs, logos, tools and design on this site belong to Twin Bridge Construction LLC or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. “Twin Bridge Roofing & Construction,” our logo and our mascots Titan and Storm are our marks.
We link to lenders, manufacturers and other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices.
This website and its tools are provided “as is.” We work to keep information accurate and current but do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every figure on it is exact. This does not limit the warranties in your signed contract for work we perform.
To the fullest extent Illinois law allows, Twin Bridge Construction LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or its tools. Nothing here limits our liability for the work we actually perform, which is covered by your contract, our warranties and our insurance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Rock Island County, Illinois. Disputes about work we performed are governed by the dispute terms in your signed contract.
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site means you accept the update.

Twin Bridge Construction LLC, doing business as Twin Bridge Roofing & Construction, operates two separate text message programs for homeowners in the Quad Cities area. These terms apply to both.
We text you only after you check the matching consent box on one of our website forms at roofqc.com/free-inspection, roofqc.com/instant-estimate or roofqc.com/schedule-form, or after you text us first. Both consent boxes are unchecked by default and neither is required to submit the form. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
Message frequency varies. Service and appointment messages are sent as your project requires. Promotional messages are sent no more than a few times per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Twin Bridge Roofing & Construction does not charge you for these text messages, but your wireless carrier may charge you for each message sent or received and for any data used, according to the terms of your mobile plan. Check with your carrier if you are not sure what your plan includes.
You must be at least 18 years old to consent to receive text messages from us. Do not sign up if you are under 18, and do not submit the mobile number of anyone under 18 or of anyone who has not agreed to receive our messages.
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time and we will stop texting that number. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To start again, reply START or sign up again on one of our forms.
